ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
FREE provides rehabilitation equipment to uninsured adults and children. Equipment includes walkers, canes and crutches, bath and toilet aids, wheelchairs and power chairs, and Hoyer lifts. All applications require a physician's approval and/or letter of medical necessity to ensure the proper equipment is matched to the specific needs of the individual.
